I’m not a big fan of fancy soups, and such, but this soup looks delicious. It looks like it’s a very complicated dish, but while I was reading the ingredients, it looks quite simple. It requires a lot of shopping, haha Overall, looks like a delicious dish (:

Would love to join CSA but there isn’t one close enough.
Your soup looks wonderful, but that was a very big spoonful of dried chilis!

This looks and sounds amazing (beautiful photos)! My husband tends quite a garden in our back yard every summer, but we are still looking into joining our local CSA come spring. I’ve been wanting to find some broccoli raab but it never seems to show up at our local stores (perhaps I expect too much… now I feel inspired to grow it) – I kind of like the slight bitter taste, especially as a contrast in a soup. The seasonings sound just right here and I know sausage ups the taste of everything, so I have no doubt this soup is over the top! Thanks for the great post!

Thanks for the info. I looked up CSA in Ft. Worth and found out it’s located in a favorite little bakery of mine right down the street. What a nice surprise. I plan to join this spring.

Looks delish! The only time I ate Broccoli Raab, it was bitter (and at a restauarant). Good to know that it’s not supposed to taste that way.

i’ve always wanted to join a csa, but it’s just not an option out here in the boonies. we’re supposed to grow our own goodies.
this soup looks great–there’s nothing containing some good pork sausage that i won’t devour.
