Dear Mrs. Lupo,
I’m so encouraged by your comment that the students watch and try to soak it all in. I was beginning to think students didn’t want to learn to cook any more. Your blog proves the opposite. You’re correct, it is a new language, but from the pictures it looks as if they’re learning fast. I love your attitude of only focusing on the positive. I still remember with great fondness my teachers that were positive and encouraging to me. I enjoy your blog and reading the students’ comments.
