The fact that the cheese didn’t burn in the baking really surprised me. But they turned out great.

I had a great time making these. They were amazingg! We almost always only have two people working in our group, and for that being true, we did an amazing job! Glad we had the chance to make these!

Never thought that the taste would make a difference whether you use shredded-bought cheese and the one you shred at home.

I never knew that you put the cheese unside the dough rather than sprinkling it on top of the biscuits. Our group accidentally put our milk in before the cheese, so it was difficult getting the cheese to mix in. Now I understand why you put the cheese in first. But it was a fun lab!

I’m not a big fan of cheese but those biscuits were amazing! I had no idea they were so easy to make and how yummy they were. I cannot wait to make them at home!

BEFORE YOUR CLASS I NEVER THOUGHT THAT I WOULD EVER MAKE ANYTHING HOME MADE!!!!!!!!!!!! WHEN I FIRST HEARD THAT WE WERE I WAS SOOOOO HAPPY!!!!!!!! YES IT IS SOMETHING OTHER THEN WE ARE HUNGRY. THE BISCUITS KEEP GETTING BETTER AND BETTER.
